Orders received by 4:00pm are normally dispatched on the same business day. Orders after 4:00pm will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will ship on Monday.

URGENT ORDERS
Royal Mail aims to deliver over 90% of first class packages by the next working day, excluding bank holidays and Sundays. As next day delivery by this method is not guaranteed, Royal Mail will normally take 1-3 working days for delivery.
If you urgently require your order, we provide guaranteed next working day delivery (subject to stock availability) at an additional charge of £5.99. Saturday delivery is also available (prices dependent on delivery window).
We may upgrade your delivery method (at our cost) to a next day courier delivery for larger orders. For larger orders, we find couriers offer a better service than available from the Royal Mail.
Although delivery times are usually consistent throughout the UK, there are times when remote, highland or island locations may take a little longer to reach. Parts or all of the following post code areas can occasionally be affected:
IV, AB, DD, KW, PH, PA, HS, KA, ZE, TR, JE, GY, BT, IM and PO30-41
